By using hsn.niveshsahayak.in and the other Nivesh Sahayak tools, including the Nivesh Sahayak App and My data ("the tools"), you agree to these terms.

Using the tools

• You may use the tools for your own business and for your clients' businesses, without limit.
• Don't use the tools to make false, misleading or fraudulent documents, or to break any law.
• Don't copy the tools' code or design to offer a competing service.

Your documents and books are your responsibility

The tools do the arithmetic, layout and working. You are responsible for the details you enter (GSTIN, HSN or SAC codes, tax rates, place of supply, amounts, stock values) and for checking that each document, ledger, statement and return meets the rules that apply to your business. When in doubt, ask your accountant.

Files for government portals

The tools can make GSTR-1, e-invoice and e-way bill files, and working sheets for GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B and CMP-08. The tools do not connect to any government portal and do not file anything for you. You check each file, upload or file it yourself with your own login, and remain responsible for what is filed.

Your data and backups

Your data is stored only in your browser on your device (see the privacy policy). We cannot recover it if the browser data is cleared, the device is lost or the browser removes it. Saving backup files regularly, or using the auto-save folder on a computer, is your responsibility.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is", without any guarantee that they are free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, Nivesh Sahayak is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the tools or of documents, books or returns made with them, including tax, interest or penalties.

Free forever

Nivesh Sahayak HSN Code Finder is free to use and will stay free: there is no paid version and no feature is locked. People who want to help can make a voluntary contribution through sponsor.niveshsahayak.in; it is a gift, not a payment for any service, and it gives no extra features or rights. See Support us.

Sponsor and promotion cards

Some pages show one card marked "Sponsored" or as a promotion. Businesses can pay to show such a card (see promo.niveshsahayak.in); it never appears where you make or print a document. A card links to another company's website, which has its own terms. We do not vouch for the products on it.

Website design service

Website designs on designs.niveshsahayak.in and bio.niveshsahayak.in are a separate, paid service for Blogger sites, agreed with you directly before any payment. They are not part of these free tools.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
